A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to join a thriving business within a Global Engineering Group. 

The company supplies capital equipment to a fast-paced manufacturing sector and this position will provide support to their busy Engineering Department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Technical Administration duties;
  • Supporting members of the engineering team with the preparation of documentation;
  • Compiling document packages for projects;
  • Reviewing Bills of Materials against costings sheets;
  • Raising purchase orders on SAP;
  • Liaising with the Engineering, Design, Projects and Commercial Teams Departments;
  • Creating   and   maintaining   spreadsheets   with   the   data   associated   with projects; 
  • Data input/entry onto technical databases;
  • Support the process of Timesheets and Holiday requests;

Suitable applicants will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a similar technical administrative role;
  • Experience of working within an Engineering, Machinery or Manufacturing environment;
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be ideal;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 5pm
Friday – 8.30am to 4pm
