Graduate Mechanical Engineer
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, be commercially aware and should be able to demonstrate a passion for supporting customers with technical solutions.
The Graduate Engineer will work within the Aftermarket function of an engineering business that designs, supplies and services industrial equipment for the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Working within Aftermarket, you will provide customers with quotes for machinery spares, upgrades and service work. This will involve reviewing technical engineering drawings and Bills of Material to identify required parts and provide accurate parts lists and quotations to customers.
On occasion, you will visit customer sites to carry out machinery parts surveys and generate new aftermarket business. You must be able to hold technical conversations with different departments (internal and external) such as engineering, design, projects and procurement.
