Working Monday to Friday.

circa £42,000 per annum, plus paid overtime and annual pay reviews.

We are seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a progressive manufacturing business with a rich history spanning over 100 years.

Located in the picturesque county of Blaenau Gwent in South-East Wales, this company has undergone a period of substantial business growth and site expansion.  

As a result of this exciting development, they are now looking to appoint 2 x Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers who will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their manufacturing processes.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful Maintenance Engineers will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of systems encompassing advanced process plant, production equipment and packaging machinery.

Applicant Requirements: 

• A Multi-Skilled Engineer with strong electrical engineering skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to maintenance.
• At least 2 Years experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently on shifts.
• Competent with fault diagnosis and repair (electrical and mechanical).
• Capable of tackling complex maintenance challenges and providing innovative solutions to ensure maximum production efficiency.
• PLC Fault Finding Skills.

Working Hours:

• 40-hour week
• Monday to Friday
• 2-Shift Pattern (Week 1 = 6am to 2pm/Week 2 = 2pm to 10pm). 

Salary & Benefits:

• A basic salary of around £42,000 per annum
• Paid Overtime (@ x1.5 and x2 of the standard rate – dependent on days working)
• Annual pay reviews
• Company Pension
