So, if a candidate placed into a Permanent role proves to be unsuccessful in the position and is dismissed, or leaves of their own volition, FoodEng Recruitment will replace the candidate free of charge.

We offer this Guarantee on our Engaged service to demonstrate commitment to our customers and underwrite the financial investment they make when they recruit one of our Engineering candidates.

For Permanent roles we measure our success on how long a placed candidate stays with the business and what they achieve whilst employed. We have a 98% retention rate on candidates still being employed 6 months after commencing and a 92% retention rate on candidates still employed after 12 months.
