  • We will provide support and advice through the entire recruitment process, from interview and assessment to managing your job offer, negotiating your salary and communicating with you throughout your notice period;
  • We will keep in touch with you for a period of 12 months once you have commenced your new job, to ensure a smooth transition into your new employer and our clients business.

  • Tell us exactly what you're looking for, your career aspirations, geographical constraints, expected salary, companies or sub sectors of the food industry you would like us to focus on or avoid;
  • Prepare yourself for the interview. Use the information we provide, do your own research and be punctual for all meetings. If you are running late or cannot attend an interview, let us know as soon as possible;
  • Be open and honest in your dealings with us, including the communication of any job seeking activities you are undertaking independently;
  • Talk to us if you have any concerns or reservations about a job or company we discuss with you;
