The candidates we send you will be suitable for your vacancy. We will provide additional candidate information such as salary and notice period
We will effectively communicate with you throughout the recruitment process from the day we take on your recruitment requirement to the day the candidate commences employment with you
We will keep in touch with you for a period of 12 months after your chosen employee has commenced employment. In our culture, a permanent placement is only a success if the recruited candidate completes 12 months employment
We will represent your business in an ambassadorial way and promote your business in a professional manner at all times
Feedback, both positive and negative, received from candidates will be passed onto the client, should we feel the information could be used to improve the recruitment process
For contingency/database recruitment, you will only be charged a placement fee once the appointed candidate has commenced their employment
